This competition is owned and operated by Embassy Ltd, operators of Embassy Cinemas Valletta. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Embassy Ltd. Access to the benefits of this competition is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you are not in agreement with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this competition.
- Competition is valid on cinema tickets purchased from the website www.embassycinemas.com or in-person on films showing between 1st December and 31st December 2023.
- Embassy Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any participation at its discretion.
- Embassy Ltd. reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue the competition by giving immediate notice to the public via its Facebook page.
- By entering the competition, you are consenting Embassy Ltd. to mention or refer to you on its various channels, including the website and Facebook page among other media, contact you via Facebook or through any other personal account available publicly.
- Winners are expected to agree to have their photo taken when receiving the prize. You are hereby consenting to the use of such photos taken for any media communications at the discretion of Embassy Ltd. The winner shall expect no compensation from Embassy Ltd. for the use of such photos.
- The mechanics of this competition are as follows:
- Each child ticket for any movie will receive an entry form on which they are required to choose which of the 5 available prizes they wish to get and provide their parent’s/guardian’s contact information.
- Each ticket purchased means a separate entry for this competition.
- On 2nd January 2024, one entry will be drawn at random and the participant will be asked a skill question. IF answered correctly, the participant will be declared winner of this competition.
- Winner will be announced on our social media channels upon collection of the prize.
- Employees of Embassy Ltd. are not eligible to participate.
- Embassy Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant caught cheating or encouraging other users to cheat or act against the general spirit of a fair competition.
- Only those residing in Malta are eligible to participate in this competition.
- Embassy Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify or refuse to give out any prize if any participant does not obey any of the above rules.
