Our cinemas welcome babies for titles rated U, PG and 12A. However please spare a thought for our other guests – if your baby grows unsettled, step outside for a moment until they’ve calmed down. Usually little ones under two years old get in for free. But if your baby enjoys the entertainment from their own seat, you’ll be asked to buy a Child ticket.

Film certificates mean the recommended ages suitable for each film. The certification of each film is not done by us but are provided to us by the film distributors. 

We may ask you for a valid legal document to prove your age.  Films are usually certified as follows: 

  • U: Persons of all ages admitted
  • PG: General viewing but some scenes may be unsuitable for young children
  • 12A: Suitable for persons of 12 years & over, provided that persons younger than 12 years may attend only when accompanied by an adult
  • 12: Persons of 12 years & over are admitted
  • 15: Suitable for persons of 15 years & over
  • 18: Suitable for persons of 18 years & over

Our cinema box office will be open and ready to welcome you everyday at 9.45am. However, you can opt to buy your tickets online to avoid any waiting time and choose your preferred seats in advance.

We understand that you may be excited to experience a big release. We always put details of the screening times online as soon as we have them. The cinema weeks usually starts every Wednesday and you can buy cinema tickets from Monday evening or Tuesday morning of that same week.

On the other hand, if we expect a film to be a super blockbuster, we may make tickets available from a few weeks before its release. Want to be first to know about these blockbusters? Sign up to receive updates from us via email.

Tickets sold online cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for incorrect selection of showtimes, dates, films or film ratings. Please review your booking summary carefully and check that the session and ticket information is correct before proceeding to checkout. By completing your transaction and by clicking on the ‘Buy Now’ button, you agree to accept this policy.

This depends on the internet browser or email you are using. This can normally be found under “file” in your internet browser or email navigation. If you print your e-Ticket, please make sure it’s clear and legible. We may not accept printed tickets that are smudged, damaged, or faint.

Sure. You can display the e-ticket on your phone by opening up the email booking confirmation we sent you. Please have this ready before you reach the cinema foyer entrance. Our employee will scan the e-Ticket displayed on your screen.
The entire cinema area is wheelchair friendly and all our cinema theatres have allocated wheelchair spaces. Please select the wheelchair friendly symbol when booking your cinema tickets.

Whether it’s the blistering heat of summer or a cold winter day, we want you to be comfortable when visiting our cinemas. All theatres and foyer are fully air conditioned and the temperature is always set as recommended by field experts.

We have a range of concession items available for purchase at our cinemas. Food and beverages bought from outside are not allowed in the cinema.

Advert and trailer length is typically 10 minutes however varies with each performance, and can be considerably less. To avoid disappointment, we always recommend you arrive with enough time to enter the screen at the scheduled performance start time. If you would like to stretch your legs or buy something else from the bar during the screening of a film, we provide an 8-minute intermission which is roughly scheduled in the middle of a film.

Being a school, a social club or else a corporate organisation, we can cater for you both with group discounts as well as package prices. Please send us an email at [email protected] with any relevant detail and we’ll get back to you in the shortest time possible.
Whether you’re planning a family or friends gathering, or else a corporate event, all our cinema theatres are available for hire. We have 6 theatres available, each with different seating capacity. If you would like to add any extras for your event, such as outside catering or AV equipment, we can also provide different options. If you are coming to Valletta by your own transport, you can make use of the Park and Ride service in Blata l-Bajda, the Multi Story Car park (MCP) just outside, or else you can leave your car around Valletta. Another convenient way to enter Valletta is by public transport as all route busses access Valletta and they run frequentlyA number of disabled parking areas are also available around the city. You can also make use of the very efficient boat ferry services from Sliema or Vittoriosa to Valletta, which run daily from early morning to late evening.
