James Bond is back, and in a big way.

The Embassy Cinemas Valletta celebrated the return of this iconic character with an exclusive screening of No Time To Die on Thursday 30th September 2021.

A pre-party was held at The Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge, at The Embassy Valletta Hotel, where guests  could enjoy the spectacular views over Valletta while tasting a variety of bar bites prepared by the hotel’s chefs. This was followed by the screening of Bond’s new film in the comfort of The Embassy Cinemas.

“No Time To Die”, the 25th Bond movie, has been delayed three times since its original April 2020 slot as movie theatres around the world were forced to shut their doors as well as impose audience number restrictions due to the pandemic. With a budget of around $200 million to produce, “No Time To Die” sees Bond come out of retirement in Jamaica to help track down a new villain, described by Oscar winner Rami Malek as “mischievous(and) devious”, and armed with lethal technology.
